* Re-Test Policy: Re-tests are charged at the standard 1-Vehicle rate ($155). Multi-vehicle discounts only apply if 2 or more trucks (tests or re-tests) are ready during the same visit.
* A1 Mobile Clean Truck Check LLC is a test-only service; vehicle owners are responsible for all repairs and scheduling re-tests if a vehicle fails.
MANDATORY STATE FEE NOTICE
A1 Mobile Clean Truck Check LLC provides the required on-site test and data upload ONLY. The mandatory annual state compliance fee must be paid by the CLIENT-directly to CARB via the CTC-VIS portal. Compliance is not finalized until the state receives this payment.

STEP 2
On-Site Scanning
Technician travels directly to your yard or warehouse to perform the mandated OBD scans on all 2013+ model year heavy-duty trucks using portable equipment.
STEP 3
Finalize Compliance
Client pays the required annual state compliance fee via the official CTC-VIS portal to finalize your report and receive your compliance certificates.
Let’s Get You Compliant! To help your fleet pass on the first try and avoid re-test fees, we recommend checking these items before we arrive:
Dashboard: Check that your dash is clear of any active emissions or check engine lights.
Engine Year: Make sure your truck is a 2013 model year or newer.
Operating Temp: If possible, have the truck warmed up (running for 15-20 mins) so the sensors are ready for a clean scan.
